Dips +80lbs for sets.

Pistol Squats around five per leg is my max

Deadlift is still around 420-ish raw.

Back lever tested a few days ago for about 15 seconds.

Headstand pushups dropped down from 8 to 5 from disuse…crappy

But im inching closer to a Press to Handstand on the dip bars….so close.

2 Hands Anyhow is hovering around 120-ish. I dont push the issue, if i drop it my boss will be pissed, haha.

 

Goals:  Rebuild cardio,  aerobic and anaerobic. Get that Press to Handstand. 10 pistols per leg. Front Lever work and Better Pull-ups
