Been following Zach Even-Esh’s recent bodyweight routine, with good results so far. It fits nicely with some of the stuff ive been doing. Currently im getting away from barbell lifting and going the trendy calisthenic route. It feels good on the knees. Ive found that i had more core weakness and compensations than i previously thought. So, yeah, YAY for corrective lifting.

Cardio is, well, not what it was last fall. But it shouldnt take much to rebuild. Im hitting the bike at work and if it finally get warm here(haha) ill ride my bike to work.
