What is a GPP workout? Basically its a non-specific workout to get in shape.

Here is one inspired/borrowed from Crossfit:

A. complete in circuit fasion. (example set 1 then 2 then 3 then back to 1…)

1. 10 pushups

2. 10 rows

3. 15 squats

 

These can be bodyweight or with added weight. Seek to get as many sets in a period of time as possible, ie, 15 minutes. Track your progress, try to improve each session. This can be done several times a week.
