My current project for ‘leg days’.

One set is:

10 Bulgarian Split Squats each leg, 10 sinlge leg bridges, 30 bodyweight squats, 10 slingle leg deadlifts.

I will repeat 5-7 times with the goal to get to a total of 10 sets.

Should the above numbers pprove to be too much try:

3 split squats

5 bridges

10 squats

3 sl deadlifts

repeat for set or a given time. Be sure to track your numbers. progress is either more sets in general or same number of sets done in less time. Experiment and have fun!
